Nancy: Hourglass Face Primer.

I have been trying this face primer for about a week and I can definitely say that I'm loving it. This face primer has pretty high ratings but I have not heard much reviews/raves/praises about this product. The salesperson at Sephora recommended me this product and I am glad I tried it. It is the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer. It creates a soft and smooth canvas so you can apply your foundation on nicely. It also doesn't break me out. It is supposed to minimize the appearance of all visible pores, fine lines, and imperfections. I bought the smaller bottle for around $23. The bigger bottle is around $50. I bought the small one to try out but you know what they say, something small sure goes a long way.

Shia: Pink is the new black!

Hey there! Recently I've been obsessed with pink lipsticks, especially hot pink fuchsia and magenta. I started seeing it everywhere, in movies, magazines and on the runways and I thought why not?! I used to love rocking the pink lips years ago but for some reason I stop and kept nude as in my lip color choices but I'm ready to join in again on the pink fever. I love how girly and feminine pink as a color symbolizes but I realized that hot pink and magenta is more of a bolder statement now compare to red lipsticks. So on my hunt for the perfect pink lips I was able to get my hands on a few at my local drugstore and one at Sephora.

From left to right, Rimmel London Lasting Finish, $4, Maybelline Vivid, $6, Revlon Super Lustrous, $5 and Make Up Forever, $19.

I love all of them equally, they're all very pigmented and moisturizing, the only con is that because it's so pigmented it tends to stain on the lips for a few hours after wiping off.

Swatches are in order of the names in the top picture!

Here I am wearing the Make Up Forever lipstick. I love the boldness and the satin feel and finish to it.

Shia: January Favorites-beauty+fashion+food

Hi again! January is officially over and gone with so I bring to you my January favorites. I don't have a  lot but hope this is somewhat interesting.

1. Roc eye cream-has retinol which is good for getting rid of wrinkles, in my case; fine lines around my eyes. It also says on the box that it can help with dark circles and puffiness also. I used it every night since Jan. and after two weeks I notice that my fine lines are gradually disappearing. However my dark circles are still there and I'm pretty sure it's a genetics trait that I must live with. After a month of using it I can definitely say it works for fine lines and puffiness. $12.99 at Target.

2. Cover girl clump crusher mascara-this mascara gives volume but it still does clump because I like to use two-three coats to get all my lashes evenly. Works like any other mascara, nothing special but I still do like it for volume. I  added it in because it was the only mascara I've been using in the month of Jan. $5-6 at Target.

3. Forever 21 brown ankle boots-got this on sale online for only $16.99. At first glance it may not look as appealing but I liked that it has a old western look to it and I've been wanting a pair of ankle brown boots. Wore it constantly, it's very comfortable, and goes with everything in my closet.

4. 14 days Acai berry cleanse dietary supplement-so the holidays might have given me a few pounds but not only am I exercising almost every night, I figure it's time to cleanse all the belly fat that might have build up over the break. I've been taking 2 pills everyday after a full breakfast and I've have notice a change in my bathroom runs. I'm cleansing out all the excess fat and feeling much lighter. $10 at Target.

5. SUSHI! - I crave for sushi constantly now, if I could, I would eat it everyday!

Nancy: ORIGINS: Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask to Clear Pores

Hi all!! I'm back with another post! This time I'm going to blog about a product that I've been dying to try. It is the ORIGINS: Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask to Clear Pores. It is a mask that is supposed to "act like a magnet to draw out deep dwelling pore cloggers". It is supposed to help our pores look smaller too. I'm excited to try this because lately my skin hasn't been at its best. I've been getting a lot of pimples and breakouts lately and I really want something that will clear those "stuff down there" and let my skin breathe. I've read some good reviews on it and I've also been searching for a mask so this was one that I wanted to try. I got it at Sephora for $23. It was cheaper than I thought. I will be using it tonight and hopefully I get some good results! Whoooooo :D

Nancy: L'OREAL PARIS Shampoo/Conditioner/Balm + Milani Eyeshadow Palatte and Blush.

Heyyyy Everyone! Haven't posted in a long time because I've been super busy so I haven't had the time to blog a new post. But I'm back and ready to post up some stuff I bought today. As you can tell from my super long title, I got some necessities from Target. This first picture are L'oreal's new Shampoo and Conditioner. It is supposed to treat damaged, over processed, and chemically treated hair which is what I have. Since I love dying my hair and using heating tools for my hair I want shampoos and conditioners that's going to help treat my hair and make it more manageable and not look so dull and dry. I'm quite excited to try the Damage Erasing Balm. It is the little one on the side and I am supposed to apply it to my ends after shampooing for 3-5 minutes and rinse it off. Lets hope this helps my hair because the next item I have is a hair dye I've been dying to use. See what I mean, I want to treat my hair yet I can't stop putting chemicals on my hair! I love it too much! It's addicting!
Okaaaaaaay, I've been dying to use this hair after I saw it on a youtube guru. It looked really nice on her and so I wanted to give it a shot. It is the UL61 Hi-Lift Ash Brown.
Here's the youtube guru and how she dyed her hair this color.
These are some CUUUUTE colors! I've been wanting to try these Milani products for awhile now. Especially the runway eyes palette. It has a lot of different colors but I got 01 Designer Browns. It has more of the neutral color which gives off a more natural look. And the Baked Corallina Blush has a pinkish color and has a little of glitter to it. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with my purchases. I guess my hard work do pay off :p Until next time readers! Thanks! :D
