For today's post I would like to review a new nail polish I received as a stocking stuffer this past Christmas from a good friend. It's the NYC 1 minute dry nail polish in the color 236-Greenwich Village, it's a pretty raspberry pink color. I didn't expect very much from this nail polish since NYC brand products are cheap and most of their products that I've tried are low quality. I first used one coat of Sally Hansen clear, hardener polish first to protect my nails, then apply the nail polish. I was surprised at the consistency of the polish, it was easy to apply on smoothly without having to worry about mistakes and the color payoff was great. Its been a week and there hasn't been any chipping or peeling either. One coat should be enough but I like doing two coats. I don't think it dried in a minute but it doesn't matter because all polish takes forever to dry anyways. I would recommend this because its inexpensive and good quality, however there's not a wide range of color to chose from. $1-2 from Target.
Sally Hansen Hard as Nails strengthener is also one of my favorite to use as a base coat.
My niece wanted me to paint her nails too, she's such a cutie pie!
